7 Days Refunds and Exchanges
The Scarf Box Inc gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Sale items are exchange only and not eligible for refunds.
FINAL SALE merchandise, including Online Sample Sale items, cannot be returned or exchanged and will be shipped back to the customer upon receipt by The Scarf Box Inc.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
To return your merchandise using your own trackable and insured shipping method, mail the item to be returned inside the original plastic packaging along with the packing slip to the address we provide. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.
